What we bring to the room
You should never watch a guest strain to hear a speaker or squint at a slide. We build the audio visual setup around your room, your run of show, and the number of people in front of the stage. Slides, sponsor logos, videos and award graphics on screens your whole room can read. Confidence monitors face the stage so your speakers see their next slide without turning their backs to the crowd. We test every input before doors open.

How the day runs

We arrive with time to spare, set the room, and run cable cleanly so nothing is a trip hazard and nothing is a distraction. By the time your guests walk in, the stage looks finished and the tech is out of the way.
Every mic, every laptop, every video clip gets tested before your first guest sits down. We walk the room and listen from the back tables, not just from the stage, so the person in the last row hears the same thing as the person in the front.
